Pongal Celebration
One of the Thanksgiving Festivals is Pongal. It is a way of expressing gratitude to the sun, soil, water and oxen. To impart this attitude of gratitude towards the nature, we at BVM Global celebrated Pongal in our campus on 10th January, 2018, before breaking for the Pongal holidays.
Students of Primary classes had delivered speech, drama, dance and songs based on the significance and antiquity behind the Festival of Harvest. The day was sweetened by sharing a cup of Pongal with everyone at the campus.
