The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS)
NIOS operates through a network of five Departments, Regional Centres and Accredited Institutions (Study Centres) in India and abroad. It has a current enrolment of about 2.71 million students at Secondary, Senior Secondary & Vocational levels which makes it the largest open schooling system in the world.
Extending a supporting hand to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) this Year our School has come forward as NIOS Centre in order to provide contact classes for the students who were unable to attend the regular classes. Among both the classes of 10th and 12th four and six students respectively attended the Theory and Practical classes at our School for Ten different Subjects conducted by our Teachers.
We are pleased and proud to be a part of the NIOS programmes that pay special attention towards requirements of the first generation learners, physically, mentally and visually challenged learners and candidates from disadvantaged sections of the society.
