Musical involvement improves student’s self-discipline, dexterity, coordination, self-esteem, thinking skills, listening skills, creative abilities and personal expression. Music also helps in the development of the brain. Focusing on these expansions of the students, every Year the BVM group of Schools organize a Music Carnival. This year the Carnival was hosted by BVM Perungudi on 11th and 12th January, 2017 where our students (Jenitha, Vaishnavi, Bragadeshwaran Santosh and Souganthika) stood 2nd in the Folk Group Singing. Sumanasa of 7B bagged a special appreciation prize in solo singing.
