Model UN is a rewarding activity for the school students, but getting started can be intricate, to compile the classrooms with a number of resources to help students in understanding and getting the Model UN experience is quite demanding from the teachers. Yet, it had been a successful event in our School Premise as part of Social Science Activity.
Students were given hands on experience regarding the working of General Assembly, they dressed up as the delegates and ambassadors of different countries. The roles and responsibilities of UNO were sensitized to the students. They also received the exposures on the art of discussion, negotiation, public speaking and draft resolution.
